1) Job Title: SALES MANAGER (SM)
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline and literacy in computer

Experience: Between 5 -10 years selling experience in an FMCG organizatiob, 2 years of which was in a managerial role or excellent performance as VSR and FSM
Language:Fluency in English and Local dialect
Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication Skills, integrity, very high leadership skills, exeptional in thinking and acting decisively, operates with discipline and has strong collaboration skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

2) Job Title: FIELD SECTION MANAGER (FSM)
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline and literacy in computer

Experience: Between 3 – 5years selling experience in an FMCG organization with at least 1year in a supervisory role; preferably in his current organisation
Language:Fluency in English and local dialect
Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication Skills, integrity and leadership skills.
